[ he can tell that eddie's restless, idling around, not even sure what waiting entails other than literal waiting -- but apparently, willing to do it anyway. hopelessly earnest, which is a dangerous trait, but one that wash can't help but find endearing. wash does actually let that sit for a while, too, not responding to him, and its probably lucky for eddie that wash gets an actual notification of the delivery within a few minutes. how nice. ]

[ which does sound a little threatening, but many things wash says end up sounding that way, whether he means it that way or not. the courier has been instructed to leave the box outside ( though wash did consider instructing them to stay for long enough for eddie to perhaps do something with them -- another time, maybe, his own patience is wearing thin ), and when eddie does check outside he'll find an unmarked, plain package.
opening it though would immediately yield the obnoxiously loud and very proud branding that many of duplicity's sex toys bear, which means eddie would get to figure out very quickly what it is he just received. and that he has two of them. a little bonus from wash feeling a little generous for how very, very good eddie has been for him all this while. ]
